Refund and Returns Policy

At SERTACORP INC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward return and refund policy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@sertacorp.com or call (713) 913-6623 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Step 2: Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the RA number, and attach the prepaid return label we provide.

Step 3: Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup.

What We Accept for Returns

✓ Unused items in original packaging

✓ Items with all original tags and accessories

✓ Products returned within 30 days of delivery

✓ Items in sellable condition

What We Cannot Accept

✗ Personalized or customized items ✗ Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

✗ Products returned without original packaging

✗ Items returned after 30-day window (exceptions may apply for defective products under warranty)

Refund Process

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, while PayPal refunds are usually instant.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes, colors, or models. Exchanges follow the same process as returns, and we’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we receive your original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll send a replacement immediately via expedited shipping at no cost
  • Keep the original item until we provide return instructions

Warranty Claims

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty-related issues after 30 days, we’ll help coordinate warranty service or replacement directly with the manufacturer.

International Returns

For Canadian customers, the same 30-day policy applies. Return shipping costs may vary, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties on returns.
